Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, seminars, workshops, and training programs.
- Liaise with speakers, participants, partners, and government or industry stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all programs.
- Prepare event materials, manage logistics, and coordinate on-site arrangements.
- Support marketing and communication efforts related to training and events.
- Maintain accurate records of program participants and feedback for reporting and improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
- Interest or background in sustainability, green building, or environmental initiatives will be an added advantage.
